1. Title

He Tried to Flirt With Her… BIG Mistake!

2. FULL STORY — PART 1

It seemed like such a simple idea.

A man noticed a beautiful woman sitting nearby and decided to introduce himself. He walked over with a confident smile, hoping a little charm might lead to a pleasant conversation.

“Can I buy you a coffee?” he asked.

The woman looked at him and smiled politely.

“No, coffee makes me nervous.”

He paused.

That wasn’t quite the answer he’d expected.

Still, he wasn’t ready to give up.

“Then how about cake?”

She shook her head.

“No, cake makes me gain weight.”

The man nodded slowly.

Two attempts.

Two problems.

But he was determined to find something she actually liked.

He thought for a moment, then smiled.

“Okay,” he said. “Then what doesn’t cause you problems?”

The woman smiled back.

“Compliments.”

Now he finally had an answer.

The man leaned into the conversation and said, “You’re beautiful.”

For a moment, everything seemed to go perfectly.

She smiled.

“Thanks…”

He thought he’d finally found his opening.

Then she finished her sentence.

“…but compliments attract desperate men!”

His smile disappeared.

The conversation had somehow turned against him in less than thirty seconds.

He had started with coffee.

Coffee was a problem.

He tried cake.

Cake was a problem.

He offered a compliment.

That was a problem too.

And somehow, according to her, he was now the biggest problem of all.

4. FULL STORY — PART 3

The man stood there for a second, trying to figure out where exactly his plan had gone wrong.

He had been polite.

He had offered coffee.

He had suggested cake.

He had even given her the exact kind of compliment she’d said didn’t cause problems.

And yet, every road had somehow led to the same destination:

Failure.

The woman seemed perfectly amused by the whole exchange.

The man finally realized that perhaps this was one conversation he wasn’t going to win.

Sometimes the smartest move isn’t finding the perfect thing to say.

Sometimes it’s knowing when you’ve already said enough.

He gave her a polite smile, shook his head, and walked away.

Behind him, she was still smiling.

And somewhere in his mind, one thought kept repeating:

Maybe I should have just stayed home.

5. ENDING

He should’ve stayed home!
